Auto Screwdriving

Material Transfer System
We have experience in transferring materials using a multi-head transfer system equipped with interchangeable pitch heads. This design allows the spacing between pick-up points to be adjusted according to different product layouts, enabling flexible handling of components with varying dimensions and pitch requirements while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
Test Handler System
We provide inline test handler solutions that integrate multiple testing sections into a single automated platform. Our systems ensure smooth product flow between test stations and feature automatic NG part detection and ejection, helping manufacturers improve inspection efficiency, maintain consistent quality control, and reduce manual handling.
Process Intergration
We have hands-on experience with multiple production processes such as solder dipping, precision bending, laser marking, plastic forming, and taping. Robotic Automation & AMR Integration
We possess expertise in developing robotic handling end effectors and AMR docking station interfaces for automated material transportation. Our experience includes designing custom end effectors for secure gripping and precise part handling, as well as creating docking stations that allow AMRs to accurately align, load, and unload materials. Customize Conveyor
We provide customized conveyor solutions for automated manufacturing lines, including mini belt conveyors with widths as small as 4 mm for delicate or small-part handling. Our capabilities also include chain conveyors and profile-based conveyor systems that transport pallets or jigs securely across multiple production stations. Each jig can be identified through various identification methods such as RFID tags, QR codes, or conventional ID for proper tracking and process control.
Aluminum Structure & Machine Frames
We have extensive experience in designing and assembling aluminum profile structures for industrial applications, including WIP storage systems, machine frames, and equipment enclosures. End Effector
We have extensive experience in designing and developing custom end effectors for handling semiconductor magazines, particularly for automated loading and unloading processes, as well as for inserting small components.
